My original thoughts were that this guy is not a bitter panhandler playing on sympathy to get by. He only uses sympathy to get across a positive message of enduring and overcoming life's obstacles. He does so with humor as well. It is gimmicky but he might trade the biggest part of the gimmick for some of our abilities we take for granted every day. I salute him (without expecting one in return.)
