WTS: AR lower half

Selling my very good condition AR lower half, manufactured by class 3 sales up north. Currently has a rifle length buffer tube on it. Note, All the pieces on the rifle are semi only class 3 sales is the name of the manufacturer. Cash is king two hundred bucks I work on the northwest side of Indy.

Is the buffer tube mil spec or commercial ? Is the spring and buffer included ?

Ruger, not certain on the first question (haven't switched them since I bought them off a fellow ingo member)and yes they are included.
