OK, stupid question time...how do I switch to the big aperture? It kind of looks like I'm just supposed to roll it forward, but it really doesn't want to move. Is there some other way or do I just need to push harder?

Yea, just push the current sight hole forward. Then if you switch back, pull the big sight hole back.
