Your thoughts? How about a VLTOR A5 buffer sys with a non VLTOR-A5 length stock? Troublesome gap?THX

Here is my opinion about the A5.

If you really must run a adjustable stock, on a rifle type buffer, and dont mind spending a lot of cash on non-standard non-milspec stuff... go for it.

I put rifle tubes and buffers in rifle stocks, and carbine tubes and buffers in carbine stocks... call me crazy.

The A5 smooths out ANY action you put on it, the same as if you were to run a rifle buffer system on it. Alot of the lower end guns are incredibly over gassed, and the A5 can help minimize the effects of the gun being over gassed.

I run a A5 system on my 16in Mid Length BCM SS410 3gun Rifle with a Battle Comp 1.0. Incredibly smooth.

Thanks for the feedback so far. The intended, if equipped, would be on a Noveske Rogue Hunter 16" upper. Currently equipped with an AAC 51T brake but that could change.
