If you travel to other states, your Indiana permit may not be all you need to carry a concealed firearm legally. Protect yourself! Get your Utah permit!
As an Indiana resident with your Indiana permit, you will be able to legally carry your firearm in 35 states including OHIO!
April Utah Concealed Firearm Courses will be offered at M&J Firearms in Fortville IN. on Sunday April 7, and on Sunday April 21, from 1:00 - 5:00. Cost for this course is $80.00 with pre-registration or $100.00 at the door.
There will also be a class offered at Marion County Fish and Game on Tuesday evening, April 9 from 5:30 – 9:30. Cost for this course is $90.00
This is the least expensive non-resident permit available.
You will need a copy of your Indiana driver’s license and your Indiana concealed carry permit, If you do not already have your Indiana permit, you can still take the course and mail in your application once you receive your Indiana permit.
A payment by credit card or check to The Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification for $51.00

The Arizona permit is only $60.

MI and KY are probably the best States for reciprocity, but classes are still involved.

UT $51 + $90 classes = $141 but renewel is currently only $15 if memory serves.

Florida is fast and easy but $117 for 7 years. Then renewal is another $117.

Take your pick. Both are fine options. Personally I opted to obtain both.
