Just do a ladder starting at the low end and see but probably not going to be way off. You may get some higher velocities but it's not like you'll be way off pressure wise.

Get yourself this if you want some load data for a 9mm carbine. Post above shows data you requested but this will give options from 95gr to 147gr for a 16" barrel

I didn't test the powder you're asking about, but here's a few loads I tested back to back thru a 4" barrel and a 16" barrel.

    124gr Coated .......4.0gr Sport Pistol.....4"=1078fps.......16"=1165fps
    124gr plated .......5.7gr Power Pistol....4"=1138fps........16"=1463fps
    124gr fmj .......6.0gr AA#5.................4"=1025fps.......16"=1311fps
    124gr fmj .......7.5gr AA#7.................4"=1093fps.......16"=1346fps

I got very similar results with plated, coated, and fmj projectiles in 115gr....always a nice velocity increase thru the longer barrel, with Power Pistol generally giving me the largest increase percentages.

I use HS6 for my 9mm loads. I developed them primarily for handgun, but my 9mm carbine loves them. It sees significant velocity increases from the slower powder in the longer barrel (about 200 FPS). Most commercial defensive ammo is optimized for shorter barrels and shows little if any increase in velocity out of the carbine.
