While probably not enough ammo for most I’d like to see Ruger come out with their PC 9 but make it a PC 45 with 1911 mags (simply because I have 1911’s and I have no Glock 45’s anymore) or Glock 21 mag option for you polymer kids.

Remember the Marlin Camp Carbine from years ago

My father purchased a CMMG Banshee a few years ago, and has unfortunately had a heck of a time getting it to feed reliably. He sent it back to them and they made a video of it shooting a magazine flawlessly, but unfortunately he cannot reproduce the same results. Factory ammo, reloads, it's just not 100%.

Not trying to pee on the parade: I know it's just one example, just thought it was worth a mention. Just my 2 cents, YMMV, etc.

It's unfortunate there aren't more .45 options, and that the ones on the market now are frequently unreliable.

I've had good luck with my CMMGs in 10mm and 9mm. I believe the 10 hung up once in the first 100 rds, and the 9mms not at all. Only 500-1000 rounds each though. The delayed-blowback does help with recoil impulse, and combined with a good red dot it makes for a lot of fun.

Was your father's in 45 caliber? Just curious. Seems most problems I've read about are in 45. I don't see why 45 would be more problematic, but I'm no engineer either.
