This is a 29 inch Winchester branded Baton. (Peacekeeper RCB)
These Batons were originally designed and manufactured under Peacekeeper International.
The Design was sold to Winchester in the early 2000s but then bought back shortly after due to concerns with Winchester sub contracting distribution to a company Peacekeeper didnt want to be associated with. Since then they have been produced under Peace Keeper Products International. They cost $150.00 new from Peacekeeper.
