Anyway. From what it sounds like SB 28 was brought to a hearing to "Just have the discussion" and to "send a message". The message being "Banks, stop messing around like this, or we will regulate this"

It was curious that the chair only found out that HB 1084 had been assigned to them mid way through the hearing today, and that he intends to bring HB 1084 up and have a vote on it. (It may face a couple amendments though).

Also who is this poor guy in the corner with a tiny table LOL

In the Officer's Mess, he was Mr. Vice . . . the Vice President of the Mess, who was always the most junior officer member of the Mess (President was the most senior officer). Mr. Vice always had a tiny table off in a corner separated from the rest. His job was to take reports of violations of Mess Rules for adjudication and possible punishment. He also tested the food before it was served to the rest of the Mess to determine if it was suitably edible for them. Perhaps he's performing some similar function.

During the testimony, Mike Lindell, Mr. My Pillow, came to mind. He is the quintessential example of the WOKE Social Justice Lynch Mob pursuing someone to get them de-banked, without any credit card processors, his mortgage(s) foreclosed, and bankrupted to the curb naked. They got the names and personal information of his employees and went after them as well. Those that pursue such tactics, straight out of Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" (it's been their playbook for decades), are completely morally and ethically bankrupt. They will stop at nothing -- nothing whatsoever -- to utterly, ruthlessly, and permanently destroy their targets.

Once the Federal Government has MCC codes and other transaction data of account holders, all it takes is a backroom threat from the Federal Government to descend on a bank with a bevy of Federal Regulators to turn them upside down, and they'll de-bank anyone named to be de-banked to avoid it. This is how pernicious this can -- and will -- become with an administration in the WH that will stop at nothing whatsoever to utterly crush anyone they deem a political threat or enemy.

I'm hoping a better case can be made to show how nefarious and dastardly the WOKE Social Justice Lynch Mob can be. The legislators and their demographic are clueless about what occurs on Twitter, Instagram and TikTok in particular to conspire to "cancel" someone, and they make a game of it.

    I don't believe in coincidence ;)
I do see now how much power these various committee chairs actually wield in the Indiana legislature system though. It is a little bit scary. Now I see how that old Dermody Rino was able to just to deep six all the good gun bills we only got passed in the last few years. These chairs have the ability to bring up only what they want, and deep six what they want, bring stuff up in committee then just decide, its testimony only today.. only to never do anything else with the bill

Fortunately, the person taking the video describes her feelings. Otherwise, this would focus on Lucas. Guys, I think we should give up our guns so we can make her feel safer.

Modulus Arms had been de-banked and dumped by their credit card processor. Another victim of the WOKE Mob that could have been prevented by a law like the one proposed in SB 28.
