I usually just smoke them with dry rub, but I think I'm going to go ahead and sauce these at the end with a homemade sauce. Should come out with a "sticky glaze".
All that was left....dinner for tomorrow.

Simple is.....DELICIOUS!!!Nothing special, just chicken and kinders seasoning. About 15 minutes indirect heat and 10ish minutes over direct heat.
Again nothing special but still delicious.

The pork belly?Where did you get it?
You guys surely have a meat market near you. I know there is one north of Bunker Hill that I have bought from, I can't think of the name right now though.Too bad it's 2 hours away. That's something I've wanted to try
I hear ya. I want to try beef bacon. But the only butchers I know that make it are up near Akron.Too bad it's 2 hours away. That's something I've wanted to try
I'll try to find out where it's at and go thereHell I plan on being at Bunker Hill the end of next month. If you don't find any and I Street still has them, I will bring some with if you want to meet near the dragstrip.
Interesting. I'll have to check it out. I typically dont go Krogering. (yeah, I'm old enough to remember that jingle)Kroger sells beef bacon, you heretic!
That's a beautiful sight. Smoked brats and an old Webber kettle. Did a lot of grilling on an old Webber.View attachment 281917 View attachment 281918
Threw some apple wood in the Weber kettle and smoked some brats tonight. They were damn good.
