It's been a while since I've been able to get to a 2 gun match. Batesville 2gun may be my favorite gun event and I'm rather eclectic in the type of events I dabble in.
That said, I'm rusty but have access to a range and want to get back into it.
What are some of your go to drills that are applicable to 2 gun?
Live and dry fire drills are welcome.
I can come up with stuff but always seem to get more "out of my comfort zone " value with drills I didn't come up with.

Here's a pretty simple one to try. It's called Near and Far.

You'll need two targets, one at 2 yards, one at 25 yards. Preferably it would be an IPSC cardboard target at 2 and a steel plate or silhouette at 25.

On the beep draw a pistol and put two rounds into the A zone of the cardboard target at 2 yards. Re-holster (or dump your pistol) and transition to the rifle and put two rounds on the steel at 25.

Add stress by setting a par time or by switching the order so you start with rifle for the close up shots and then transition to pistol for the 25 yard shots.
