1911 colt series 70 problems

I have acquired a 70 series colt from a friend of mine and it is having issues jamming and not ejecting the round any help would be appreciated

In all seriousness, need more information....could be anything from poor grip to ammunition to broken or worn parts to wrong springs....

I can’t sell it it was was gifted to me when he was killed it has sentimental value to me just want to try and fix it

I have tried several different types of ammo changed out springs to Wilson combat

Maybe needs a deep cleaning. Check the extractor and see if debris is built up around the extractor. Is the tension and timing correct or, tip is worn.

Do it right, get it in the hands of someone like AllenM. Tip of extractor is probably broken off.
