      Trans Day of Vengeance, etc

      I guess you never expect to be part of an event, but there is a "day of vengeance" scheduled for tomorrow. This coincides with the Nashville shooting, which we aren't allowed to noticed occurred by a trans against Christians. Just keep your eyes open tomorrow.

      Anyone used one of these? Any thoughts? Looking for a home mount that's accessible and easy to put away from eyesight. Obviously not a burglar proof method.       I almost snagged a little baby browning 1911 in 22lr. If the barrel would have been threaded I would have had to have bought it. Nothing so far for me in 2023, though I have purchased some parts.

      WTB: RS Regulate rail adapter

      I bought the RSR side mount, not realizing that it was just one part of what you'd need for a side rail AK scope/red dot mount. I'm looking for the top part rail section. They're out of stock everywhere I've looked. Anybody got a spare?

      Christmas Lights at the state fairgrounds

      Checked out the lights at the state fair tonight. I've got 8, 5, and 3 year old boys. They all loved it. I think we paid $38 bucks for the car. If you're looking for a decent Christmas light show, I'd recommend.

      Old Man on FX

      Got Verizon unlimited data, and they threw in a bundle including Hulu for free. Started watching the Old Man. I like Jeff Bridges in just about anything, and John Lithgow plays a really good bad guy. So far episode 1 was great. Hope the rest of the show is good.

      Reloading boo-boo

      This is what happens when your kids come talk to you when you're in the middle of reloading some 357 mag ammo. Used the powder/expanding die to seat the bullet. Didn't move the turret to the next spot when I should have. At least I didn't double charge it...
