Correction (I think). In my post I said the tail feathers were still there. I just looked at the pic again - and now believe the tail feathers were removed.

Not anywhere near well informed about the hydrogen topic as a fuel source. Bit, two things. First, hydrogen is VERY volatile. (Think Hindenburg blimp). Secondly, unless I'm mistaken it takes a LOT of electricity to convert hydrogen into a useable fuel.

I suspect the bloated and underfunded pension plans are the result of the politicians approving pension benefits in order to cater to the unions for the police and other civil servants to buy votes. I would not be surprised to see cities like Chicago and many others having the same issues.
