      Correction (I think). In my post I said the tail feathers were still there. I just looked at the pic again - and now believe the tail feathers were removed.

      I thought about that. I've not had a great experiences with the the DNR- neither time was I doing anything wrong but my interaction(s) on two occasions resulted in me being accused of hunting from my vehicle and baiting - both during deer season.

      28 states couldn't cover their bills in fiscal 2022, while 22 states recorded surpluses…

      I suspect the bloated and underfunded pension plans are the result of the politicians approving pension benefits in order to cater to the unions for the police and other civil servants to buy votes. I would not be surprised to see cities like Chicago and many others having the same issues.
