One thing with these comparisons to other states is, the cost of living in Indiana is a lot less than many of the other states.
Yeah, but starting wages in the business world have gone way up in the last few years, and they are competing with that. We hire kids right out of IU/Purdue for 75-85k easily now with no experience. They were getting 60ish in 2020.

This makes him a hard no for me. If teachers, why not law enforcement? And firefighters? Etc, etc.

Just a sop to teachers' unions to buy votes, IMO... which does not bode well for his core principles.
Addresses a problem, IMO. Teacher retention is different from police and fd retention. The jobs are not the same.

RINO ads up here are non stop.
Simply put, the communists are scared s***less of Braun. Why? His voting record in Congress. I do have to admit that the lefts allies have been quite adept at digging up stuff said in the immediate aftermath of Floyd's death before any of us really understood the depths of the evil which was BLM, By Anymeans Necessary, or AntiFA; or how the media had twisted the actual facts to support the narrative of the event.

Regardless, I will vote for this any day over someone who tells me what they are going to do. By the way, the two which are to the right of Braun are Sen. Rick Scott and Sen. Marsha Blackburn. Sen. Ted Cruz is the dot just to the left of Braun.

Braun voted Nay on HR7888, guess who voted Yay? H.R. 7463 Extension of Continuing Appropriations and Other Matters Act, 2024, Braun voted Nay (again, guess who voted Yay). [for Senators from Indiana]

Liberty Score (Conservative Review), B highest among the Indiana delegation.

At this point I don't believe much I have not witnessed with my own eyes, or someone I have not directly interacted with.

It is also rather telling that the leftists on Reddit are adament that letting Braun become governor is the end of the world with calls to vote in the Republican Party Primary against Braun.

On the other hand, my Representative is Mr. Baird.

I have met his opponent in the Primary, Mr. Bookwalter, who is obviously a Constitutionalist. We discussed Constitutional primacy, and we aligned. I will vote for the Constitutionalist, as Mr. Baird only seems to lean hard that way nearing an election, and I would prefer someone younger and more demanding of Constitutional compliance. Mr. Baird's Liberty score is a C; I want an A.

Oh, and of the current office holders running for Braun's seat, I don't think one has a Liberty score above a C. Think about that for a moment and let it sink in. Indiana's elected Senate representatives will almost certainly go backwards relative to Constitutional compliance with Braun's exit from the Senate unless one of the non-office holders (which we really know nothing about) are actual constitutionalists and will meet Braun's B rating or better.

Braun is a turncoat RINO who supports BLM. What a P.O.S.! :poop:
And he is a threat to the 2A and law enforcement.
So some spliced together "60 Minutes" style of hit bits of video in an opponent's campaign ad convince you?

If you check "Conservative Review", Braun B 88% has the best REAL LIFE voting record in the ENTIRE Indiana Congressional delegation in Washington, DC.
    Braun is our best bet.
His opponents are just empty talk taking cheap potshots with no record to back it up.
