    I think that the notion that the judicial system is apolitical is a myth - no different than the notion that "journalists" are apolitical. The fact is that they have always been political. The difference is that now leftists no longer feel the need to hide their partisan nature. They embrace it and wear it as a badge of honor.

    That was the point. They stand down when things are failing in the right direction and intervene as needed. They gave the excuse in 2020 that they allow the process to play out without intervention.
