    • Thanks. LOL, I know what you mean. If you aren't being told you have to be more generous, you're being told you've been too generous.
Thanks for the rep. I quickly figured that out and also that he's a bit of a hypocrite too.
Well, as a kid I wanted to be an fighter pilot. Life didn't turn out that way, but hey, I still have a lot of love for that sort of thing. Anyway, I stole the name from the same place I stole the avatar; Battle Star Galactica. The fighter is a Viper and the pilots were called Viper jocks. I assume from your handle that you fly or crew Blackhawks?
Thanks!! :D Investigating became a habit with me over the years. ;)
I believe some members here have no interest in firearms. They're here to stir the pot and pit Conservatives against each other.
Thanks. I tried to rep you tonight and apparently I've done it too recently because it slapped my hand away from the mouse. :)
no butt stocks sorry, but I have all the other parts, like the pistol grip and forward wood and tube.
I've got two slant brakes you can have. I'll bring them with me on Thursday, in case you guys can be there.
both or either. i found one slant break, but im gonna need a couple, because im gonna be trying 2 AK builds and neither kit had anything with it.
I'm not sure if I will have the 5.11 Cubmaster 2.0 karambits by the March Indy 1500. The last 3 times I have tried to order them they have been out of stock. If I get them, you will be the first to know.
I just tried to order more of those 5.11 Cubmaster 2.0 Karambits yesterday and they were out of stock....there have been several good reviews on them in the mags and on the forums, so it appears to be a hot item right now.
Sir, if you go to the post which you originally referenced, that's Ed. Liberal version of Limbaugh as far as I'm concerned. It would be fun to watch them go toe-to-toe, actually. :D

Thank you for your service, and best regards!
Because he is LOUD. I've never been good at being shouted at or lectured, and anyone who likes to shout the opposition into submission I categorize as weak. If I want to see that sort of thing, I watch the Colbert Report. At least that's funny. I prefer calm, cool logic calmly asserted. That's really all it is. Rush comes across to me as a blowhard in the same class as Ed, but Ed's polar opposite.

In other words, I don't necessarily disagree with Limbaugh's views, but rather how he presents those views to me and to his opposition. Same with this Ed character.

In other words, I don't like them as people. Either of them. On the other hand, Obama seems OK as a person, but I can't stand his politics. I liked Bush's politics well enough -- except for the whole Homeland Security thing -- but he struck me as having a weak character. I'm talking Junior here, not Mr. Bush.

To summarize, to me, how a person presents his views is at least as important as those views themselves.
I understand what you're saying. Don't have time at present to refute what you're saying, except there is a difference between discussing the Westboro Baptists in the realm of their political actions and discussing the merits of Baptists in general. The same can be true of discussing the holiday known as Christmas and discussing Christianity and its role in our society today. Fenway has made his concerns known and if you look at the stickies at the top of the site you will see why he has had concerns. Obviously, you will do as you wish. God Bless
      Blackhawk2001,

While I have not talked about this lot and I want to thank-you for your unsolicited advice I just wanted to point out a few things. ! We are not guests, we are users and if you pay to use the site you are a customer.

2 He cannot be held liable for having this type of conversation in fact according to point of law he could be held for not allowing it. It is called common use, now while I would never take someone to court may people would for infringement of their first amendment right.

There are many conversations already on here about prayer chains and philosophy. Did you know that mediation can be considered a religious conversation and telling one person they may speak about it and not the other can cause legal problems. There are some who have (and rightfully so) talked about the Wesboro Baptist Group, or about Christmas, people have talked about religious zealots and other subjects, did you knw that allowing or picking and choosing one religious conversation (and these are religious conversations) amount to censorship and can cause true legal issues. Again I would not do that but there are some who would.
