Well, considering that I didn't fall for anything or get suckered- this is a nutty post.

    Really?

Regardless of how it was obtained, the call happened. Pressuring a state official to swing an election is certainly not “America First” and will almost certainly be on the airwaves in Georgia ads this year.
Yeah. That's not how anyone, including others on the call, would describe that. His actions were undoubtedly "Trump First," not "America First."

Kinda sounds you believed that Trump pressured a state official to swing an election. Where'd you get that idea? Hmmm? It pisses me off when people try to lie like that. You should be pissed that they lied to you, especially that you fell for it. I don't blame you. Everyone else in the main stream fell for it too.

I hear a crybaby loser making wrong claims about Kemp and others. He never provided any evidence to support any of the wild claims.
When I coach baseball, and a kid strikes out watching Strike 3, they turn to me, get angry, and raise their hands in the air- then I tell them it was a strike, the ump was right, and to get their butts back in the dugout, and we'll get em next time- that's what this looks like. A grown man throwing a fit and the emotional parents supporting the kids. You guys look like the sucker parents thinking their beloved baby got screwed when he didn't.
You first tried to say that Trump was trying to fabricate votes. Then I challenged you to read the transcript, because the transcript makes it clear it wasn't true. So now you're making it about him being a sore loser. And I'll not argue that point much. But, I'll take it as a tacit indicator that you've conceded, and you'll not be pushing that false story anymore. Right?

Now, if you want to talk about Trump being incapable of handling defeat, I'm not going to argue that point. But, realize it's a shift from the points you were trying to make to this.

The part about Kemp being underwater and winning because of him is hilarious, given what we learned in 2022 when Kemp smoked the Trump challenger and won big, while Trump's endorsed Senate got beat by the exact same voters. If you think Georgia swing voters forgot about this, you're nuts.

I have not made any comments contrary to this line of reasoning. So I think this newly proposed goalpost shift should be proposed to someone who cares to argue that point with you. We were talking about your former belief that Trump pressured a state official to swing an election. I can use the word "former", right? You've dropped that belief. Right?

I said it was Trump First. It was Trump first.

Close, but ahead. Irrelevant to the point. Biden is doing his best to help him.
You’re talking about Trump’s voter appeal. *8% is pretty good for someone who, if what you say is real, is a loser. Are the wise GA moderates gonna vote for Gavin is Biden gets replaced?

Pressuring a state official to swing an election is certainly not ‘America First’.

Are you forgetting something? Okay. So now that the first part faded into “didn’t happen” what’s left to support the second?

I would call that pressuring a state official to swing an election.

Well, he lost Georgia and then his endorsement lost Georgia, so I wouldn’t sleep on it. I hope he does win it, but hes been an idiot there.

Well, at least we know his decision making still isnt worth a ****. We had a perfectly good candidate and we told him to **** off. ****ing nice.

“Thank you, Mr. President! Excited to get to work with you to Get America and Michigan Back on Track!,” Rogers told the Daily Caller News Foundation in a statement."

Apparently, Trump is reciprocating in kind for Roger's op-ed endorsement of him back in Jan. of 2024 in which he spoke glowingly of Trump harkening back to the days of prosperity and security under Trump's proven leadership.

That endorsement plus the fact that two other candidates running in the primary for the Senate seat who both voted to impeach him previously no doubt played a factor in his decision as well.

"Former Republican Reps. Peter Meijer and Justin Amash, who both voted to impeach Trump, are also running in the Michigan Senate primary. Amash, who left the Republican Party in 2019, most recently jumped in the race on Feb. 29."

Thank you for doing the research and presenting that analysis, KG; it helps make sense out of what was to me 'new news'

For those who don't recognize the name, Peter Meijer is a scion of a very wealthy family with its hands in a lot of pies in Michigan - think what the Mormon Church is to Utah politics. They are country club neocon republicans, far from America First and no friends of the little people. IMO good call on Trump's part, he was presented with less than optimal choices and made the best call he could

Do you actually know all this stuff, or do you have a book of quotations for reference?
You can't look up a quote if you don't know it exists

Yes, I know the stuff and am somewhat widely read for an engineer

Edit: I do look up some of them to be sure about correct wording
