How does the recent EPA ruling not also apply here?

This regulation sure seems transformational to me if I cannot afford to replace my furnace with these new ones.
Writing for the court majority, Chief Justice John Roberts said that under what the court has recently called the "major questions doctrine," neither the EPA nor any other agency may adopt rules that are "transformational" to the economy — unless Congress has specifically authorized such a transformative rule to address a specific problem, like climate change.

There is a line from the Walking Dead I think about when I read stuff like this. I read more and more of it every day, multiple times a day. The outrageous ideas, the weirdos, the games, their blatant lies, the absent legal system, the traitors we have in office, the FBI and so sso much more. Then people complain (we complain). I cannot believe this, or that, now this, even that, how can they…..you know the pattern.

In the Walking Dead there is a “king” whenever he has gone through something or is about to go though something, he is known for saying:

    ”And yet I smile”

I’m not advocating violence or anything even close to that; but am I the only one who is getting tired of the crap, and aren‘t you also getting tired of ”and yet I smile” mentality that we’re all go through every day with this new world?

And yet, even though everyone is tired of the crap, no one is initiating any change.
People are lazy, and will spend twice as much energy complaining about a problem, rather than doing something about it.
People evolve to accept whatever they are forced to conform to.

Coughing a lung up for the past few days because of Canada's wild fires, and they're telling me my clean burning furnace is a problem?

They can go straight to hell.
But your new electric furnace will help that cough, with electricity from the gas power plant on blue bluff! (Add purple)

Look at all the states blatantly violating the 2A post Heller, Bruen, et al.

They are determined to pass laws they know are constitutional in hopes they are not struck down. Literally throwing EVERYTHING at the wall to see what will stick. I some cases knowing the "pasta" hasnt even touched water so it doesnt even have a remote chance of sticking.

Hell, Biden himself admitted to the tactic in an order several years ago on immigration. (forgot exactly what) "Look, we know this isnt legal. But if we can get [away with it] for just a few weeks, thats a few more weeks [of getting what we want even though its not legal]"

The dude said it out loud that his order was unconstitutional. But he did it anyway.

Of course if Trump had done that, he would have been brought up on impeachment charges.
