I guess some here would think that giving an actual knob job to ruthless dictators would be acceptable if it produced desired results.

Let me ask this how many of you gave **** to Obama when he bowed down to other leaders including Saudis and thought it was a bad look unbecoming of a POTUS to do so? I think a lot here did at the time. Including myself.

That’s encouraging. Was it on a mobile version or desktop? On my phone I did not see any links to policies. Just flashy “donate here” ****.
Desk top. I think one link goes to a donate here page.

It’s a pet peeve. I hear Millennials saying it all day. **** it.
I'm glad that most of the people that I work with are not millennials. I'm only in the office 1 day a week (one too many), so I've heard it before, but fortunately, everyone in my home office are old farts.

I’m sure it has been done for less than world peace said camel toe harris…
What do you think about this question I posed in that post? Were you one of those? Some people just think that certain things are an unbecoming look for a POTUS. It's just my opinion no matter who the POTUS is. That's all. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Bowing and rapport are different to me.

    “Congratulations to Kim Jung Un!”

Is the equivalent of a knob job to you?
I happen to think that the overboard application of sweet creamery butter "rapport" to ruthless dictators is an even worse look than bowing to them. I never said anything like that about Trump recently congratulating Kim Jung Un. It wasn't over the top IMO You can go back and check. I was referring to when he had an open love affair with him when the butter was overflowing.

Then we will agree to disagree. I look for results and the petty dictator behaved throughout the Trump presidency. If trading celebrity gossip got us that peace I am all for it.

Yes, we will disagree. I think it's time to give it a rest before it gets out of hand again. I gave my opinion and I'm done with it.

C'mon Bug you're just flailing about. Did you happen to breeze by my post earlier when DeSantis said we need to get supply chains back over here from China?

Or what he said in this Twitter response In another post that I posted that "checking the economic, cultural, and military power of the Chinese Communist Party" was on the list of vitally important national interest than Ukraine?
We were talking about his 'platform' as delineated by his campaign website, I specifically re-quoted it

If it were a priority, one would think he would have at least mentioned it

Why didn’t you care about Trump’s early campaign?
I did. I supported him from early 2016 on and cheerfully voted for him three times, primary and general 2016, general 2020. He was unopposed in our primary 2020 and it was mail in only so it did not seem necessary to participate

Well, if Trump's willing to do that so that his country has peace, he's the ultimate AF candidate. Can't be outdone.
Hey, don’t get me wrong. That tyrannical fat ass (the short one not the tall one) shut the hell up the rest of Trump’s term. Whatever went on in NK worked. Trump should have gotten a lot of credit for that.

Just more excuses Bug. I've produced info about DeSantis's policy positions that you've requested including China policies, which anyone can find btw. The fact you've willfully chosen to be obstinate about it no matter what I post is proof once again that it's not a good faith discussion on your part.

Anyone that wants to see what his policy views are about China can simply google it just as well as I have if they happen to notice that it wasn't specifically mentioned on his campaign website. That's what an adult would do who's not trying to be deliberately argumentative about it.

I've even shown you other sources where DeSantis has spoken a number of times about pressing national US/China issues that need to be addressed even though it's not specifically mentioned on the campaign website.

Who the hell else but you? would look all that over and pick it out and use it as an excuse to be ignorant about it in a discussion and say "Hey, he didn't mention anything specifically about China on his campaign website so that tells me it's not a priority" is once again another total bull**** argument and I'll just disregard it as such.

That doesn’t even touch on the question. You complained about DeSantis not having a policy statement for everything at this point in the campaign. You even went as far as claiming that simply having a stance is not enough. Nooe. Has to have a policy.

Okay. What was Trump’s policy on “deep state” in 2015? Hmm? He didn’t even have a stance until the crowd at one of his rallies started chanting “drain the swamp”. You didn’t care then that he didn’t have every policy fleshed out. And you only care now about DeSantis because he is a rival of Trump. You’re beating a fake drum.

Rank-and-file Republicans voted for Trump in 2016 whether they agreed with him or not because they understood it was better to have any republican over Clinton.

After watching you and bug go back and forth I have to wonder if Trump supporters are willing to take a similar calculated loss to ensure a Republican wins again in 2024.

Trump motivated more people to vote democrat than even Obama could muster, and it looks to me like he’s still doing a better job of unifying the electorate against him than he is of unifying his own party behind him.

DeSantis‘ ultimate edge just might be that he doesn’t trigger the Pavlovian backlash from voters that Trump’s candidacy has proven to.

The problem with Barry doing it was because us with sound minds knew how he and his kind hate America and want to destroy and rebuild it without God, but into their own sick progressive minds. You still failing to see who Trump really is. A master narcissist used by God despite himself. And being that he used those “talents” to say what he had said about Putin and others as a master manipulator. Not one as Barry who hates and subverts America to the demonic world he wants to bring in with liberals. I see the difference but maybe I see into another side of things that you and others have not seen.

Ok so let me get this straight. God chose narcist Trump because of his " talents" and used him to slather sweet creamery butter all over brutal dictators who don't have any regard for fellow human beings. Ah geez. I'm not gonna discuss it anymore. I've already given my opinion. Feel free to talk about it on your own if you want.

    Moving on here.
