Today lives remain forever changed, for some a void has been created that will never be filled . As I scroll through various sources, I remain in dismay with the fact Evil is allowed to rear its ugly head. Read most any article and you will note the author’s statement of suspect, or alleged shooter. Understanding law dictates that someone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. I am absent any explanation as to why we need to protect a monster and not call them out for what they were?

Because you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover?

The spirit of the age deliberately sows confusion. One of the aspects of confusion being debated now is killing/murder vs self defense. The trans-activists want people to believe the mentally ill like the Nashville murderer are justified in murdering innocent children and teachers because they are being killed. They say they are being killed if children are not allowed to cut off body parts or not allowed to attend overt sex shows, or have access to porn in their schools. This is confusion. It it deliberate.

No sane person believes anyone is justified in killing people who are not a direct threat. The left does. Seemingly, almost with exception, all people on the left believe this. They are blurring what used to be very bright and clear lines.

Well I was kind of referring absolutes such as the piece of fecal matter in Nashville. There was no question regarding its guilt no gray area not even a remote chance that there was any question of its actions.

Agreed. I am sorry but if any them honestly believe that it’s a good idea to mutilate innocent children they need to petition their senators and congressmen and seek a change in the law in which they believe is so wrong.

As an aside where is their outrage over abortion, statistically it would seem improbable that none of the murdered children would grow up to be to be a LGBT person. Where is their outrage for them? Sorry it does not exist.

    No argument from me there.

As a criminal law major back in my younger years, I often thought about the idea of innocence until proven guilty. As I learned more about law, law enforcement, forensic science, and government agency roles I have come to realize that:

    1) You can never make everyone happy with how the justice system works.
    2) Guilty without a trial often results in obsolescence in law enforcement.
    3) The system works when every person involved does their job.
    4) Nothing is ever perfect but it’s better here than nations that don’t practice this.
    5) Don’t be an armchair judge or lawyer. What the public doesn’t see or hear is usually far more pertinent to the case.
    6) Whining about it changes nothing. Action does.

That’s just my opinion and experience.

No, we cannot skip the process, not even when we really want to.
I think my point has been lost on this one? I am not asking for to declare someone guilty of a crime with out it being adjudicated. I am asking why we need to call a deceased monster an alleged shooter, or suspect.

In the case of the Davidson county Fecal matter absent some form of insanity or denial there is no way to dispute its actions were in facts it’s actions period there is do doubt it was responsible for the tragic deaths. It is not an alleged shooter nor suspect it is the monster that committed those heinous acts.

No, I for sure thought Kyle rittenhouse or however his name is spelled was guilty with how the news spun it. I was 110% wrong. You can’t trust what’s being fed to the masses by the media.

Ok are you seriously saying you dispute calling it a monster and you are good with the term Alleged shooter or Suspect For this Monster?

Rittenhouse case initially best to take a let’s wait for the facts to come out then decide all good.

Here we have a piece of Fecal Matter stopped in its tracks, while in commission of an atrocity.

Disagree if you will but I can not refer to It as alleged or suspect .

I agree that person is a pos. I have no doubts but the media I believe should take a neutral stance until it’s all finalized. Not all cases will play out like this ie Kyle. I think it’s best to be consistent. They did admit guilt or at least most likely did with their manifesto so perhaps with that we can skip the alleged part. Idk now that I think a little harder on it.

My post was Bourne more out of frustration than anything else. With out going into details I am pretty sure personal relationships have if I am being honest derailed my ability to be impartial on this one.
