So how do you explain the wins I posted and see the balotpedia link of winners also? Oh, just hand picking the races to complain about Trump…
"Trump endorsed" does not equal "Trump candidate".

He **** bigly on anyone in AZ, WI, MI, GA, PA who did not endorse his stolen election delusions. Where he and his candidates prevailed in the primaries, those candiates OVERWHELMING lost.

In Georgia for example, Trump got Herschel Walker and he LOST!

In every other statewide election, including Governor and Secretary of State, both of whom Trump tried to submarine in the primary, but failed, all won.

Every other state wide Republican WON their race... only Trump's Clown Candidate LOST:

There was a red wave. But Republicans underperformed in contested races. So the net affect is Republicans took over the House. And they’re now down 49-51 in the Senate. Was 50-50. Not bigly. But it’s a loss. And might not have been had Trump distanced himself from the contested races.
I'm not even saying he had to "distance" himself.

What I'm saying is that where he jumped in prior to the primaries and influenced choices away from "establishment" (i.e. proven with a track record) candidates, instead of being a King-maker, he became a "clown-picker".

JD Vance was milquetoast enough to squeak in. Kari Lake was AWESOME, and except for carrying Trump's water on "stolen elections" and his vendetta against the late Sen McCain, she'd have won, IMO.

Don't get me wrong, I HATED McCain the ****ing "look at me" diva but when he was the nominee expected everyone to fall in line... a ****ing Romney before ****ing Romney was Romney... but that's not something you say as a Republican running in AZ.

Got it. You are happy with RINO Young type candidates. Keep that COC republican gravy train running…

Got it... You are happy with Schumer cramming Biden's far left judges through the Senate on the express train.

Way better than ****ing Mitch McConnell.

And remember, this is what all the Trump Fanboi's have been rooting for. Congratulations... way to **** the whole country over one man's ego.

Wow! Clairvoyant. Who else do you know what they were thinking? You could really help a campaign with this talent…
If you'll tone down the usual snark for just a second and consider that I might have been saying that even Trump's endorsement which he and the candidates were banking on couldn't deliver a victory for them and it's not entirely his fault that they lost because in the end that's all they were.

We need more loyal celebrities to run. At least pick some that are more charismatic to be able to overcome being seen as an opportunistic outsider carpetbagger by Pa. voters and they rejected him on that basis by voting for a half brain dead home-grown Dem nominee such as in the case of Fetterman over Oz in Pa.

I am being consistent. I said we must vote Young to keep Schumer out of power and the primary is the time to get the non-establishment candidates on the ballot. That is exactly what happened. Now some are saying we cannot have non-establishment candidates at all cause Schumer might get power.

If that is the case we are doomed anyway, lay back and enjoy it…

I always felt Oz to be a bit creepy, even before politics. And he did kinda come off like a carpetbagger, even to this Hoosier. But if I were a citizen of the keystone state, would I choose Fetterman over Oz...? Ick! As for carpetbagger extraordinaire - Mitt Romney. He's from Michigan, governed on the east coast then reps the senate in the mountain west. He can't possibly have an allegiance to anyone except himself.

The problem is that enough people in that state did not agree with your take on things.

For sure. And it was for the PA people to decide. I doubt it will really matter much. I'm sure Fetterman will be more willing to go along/vote with the wonky ideas coming out of the jackass party. But I can't say I really trust Oz enough to not be another Mitt/Murkowski/etc.

I feel like I'm the only one not using categorical absolutes. "They were gonna win that race anyway!" One can believe such, one cannot possibly know such. His endorsement success rate stands on its own. He wins more than he loses. I personally don't think endorsements, from any person, carry much weight. If they did, isn't it possible that Hobbs won because Biden endorsed her? For each candidate that won with a Trump endorsement, isn't it possible the other candidate lost because Biden endorsed him/her? You seem pretty level headed. I think you'll understand what I'm trying to communicate. Those on here blinded by orange rage will continue to doubt any possibilities outside of "Trump lost".
I said those candidates won races they were EXPECTED to win. I can know before the election that they are *expected* to win. I cannot know with certainty that they will win. But, if they're expected to win and they do, it's not surprising. If they're expected to win and they don't, well, that's a story worth printing by the news.

If you're looking to confirm Trump's power in getting his endorsed candidates to win, I'd say you have something to talk about in primaries where Trump's endorsees beat the neocon/CoC RINO candidate. But if you're trying to say that extends to a wider electorate in a general election, it's not impressive that candidates who are expected to win actually win. It would be something if Trump's candidates actually performed well in contested races.

The problem is, Trump doesn't appeal widely outside of red states. Democrats had an effective strategy of exploiting TDS in blue states by putting Trump effectively on the ballot. I don't know why you guys have such a hard time believing that Trump is not popular among left leaning moderates, to hard left nutters. I mean. Why would you think he is. It's so overtly obvious that he's not popular in blue states. Hell. Even Boebert had trouble in RURAL Colorado.

"I'm really not that enthused about the election...but that son of a b!tch who said my ancestors were from sh!thole countries endorsed Bob Johnson, so I'ma get mah mail ballot and vote for whoever is against him, an' tell my mother, aunt, and brother to do it also because I don't like people talkin' about mah peepul that way."
Yeah. Maybe. I think also some blue-haired feminist goes door to door hard-selling hair-on-fire anti-Trump hysteria. Who wouldn't vote against literally Hitler especially if she offers a handy for your vote. But, in those areas it's not like a Trumper can go door to door in the same districts matching the blue-hair's output.

I guess that's a fair point. Perhaps Trump didn't intentionally endorse **** candidates. Maybe he thought they didn't suck. Great judgment tho, eh?

Can you change your "blue-hair" reference to I dunno... "purple-hair" or something? When I think of "blue-hairs", I think of little old ladies and the thought of grandma giving a handy for a vote is kinda gross.
