    Geez.
"Expert Witness" cries about the need to shut down the petro chemical industry.
Senator asks her how she would do it.
    What about the jobs?
What about the stuff that is made? such as chairs, carpeting, glasses, list goes on and on.
    Expert witness cries and moans
Then AOC steps in and cries about how women are treated.
Then the View steps in and cries.

Yeah I saw that. The “expert” was about as nutty as a person could be. When pressed she went into uber emotional attack mode. Instead of getting all biblical, which to many people was eye-rolling in itself, I wish he’d have just knocked her off her moral perch.

I did like that he challenged her sanity. I liked that he contrasted her nutty ideological nonsense with the reality of the consequences of abruptly ending all use of fossil fuels. Especially when she started in on how fossil fuels harm poor black people.

First, I’d like for him to point out how racist it is to be concerned only about people who look like her. The main point, however, would be to explain the profound harm that halting production would cause poor black people, but not just poor black people, you know, because unlike this racist bitch, he’s not concerned with just his own race, all people not shielded by wealth are harmed by the world she proposes.

    .
I'm reminded of Bill Clinton telling his black supporters how he felt their pain after NAFTA and the loss of millions of their jobs. They still supported him though, or at least their leadership said they did.

These people play around and want to experiment with economic decisions with no regard to the consequences. Simple fact is that they are insulated from the fallout from their decisions.
