The anti-Trumpers are there in full force, feeling a bit excited about the raid; thinking this would stop him from running. They feel it's ok to let the left continue in their manipulation of power over us little folk, "probably" voting to DeSantis if he runs, but if that Trump runs - he best have DeSantis as VP.

And if DeSantis isn't on the ticket, then what? Never answers but appears excited to believe the DOJ has something that will prevent him from running.

Interesting how hatred for a person deteriorates ability to think properly. More interesting is that some would rather give this country away to communism (or the likes) instead of voting for Trump. If the current administration is not reason enough to vote AGAINST then, then we are lost as a country.

    Know your neighbor.

I assume we're all Trump Supporters. But we should also be honest with ourselves that even though he railed against the media and corrupt establishment it doesn't mean he's our king.

If he did illegal **** let him go. We need to really rally behind a 3rd party because Rs and Ds are so corrupt playing the same games of selling us out

Trump didn't do as much for us as it felt like in 2018 now I view him as a career politician he likes the power over the Republican party and he's setting his family up to be the same legacy as a Bush family.

Don't get sucked in on dumb stuff

Who knows what the hell is going on but the warrant and list of items were unsealed. In the list of documents that were reportedly retrieved at least one set of them were allegedly marked as highly classified Top Secret/Sensitive. "TS/SCI" The exact contents are unknown.
So what? The President can declassify any documents he wants…

Did'nt say anything about the legality. Just posted what was included in the list of documents that seems to be what the DOJ/FBI are trying to make a case out of.

    NO.

I’d be in a more conciliatory frame of mind if not for Hillary’s server, Hunter’s laptop, DNC’s Russia hoax, etc., etc. They can ALL kiss my ass.

I'm 1bilkion% in favor of reading every top official since 1980
And I get what you mean... Judge someone if their enemies are my enemies. But me myself Trump isn't our savior to bring down the real deep state. More likely he's an asset

So what? The President can declassify any documents he wants…

I think you are right about that, however it is not unreasonable to think he didn’t declassify some or all of the documents he has in his possession. Any materials he didn’t declassify as president would still be classified when he left office, he doesn’t get to do so retroactively.

The documents reportedly belong to the National Archives, and I gather there is some dispute surrounding the former president’s authority to possess those materials, classified or not. We don’t know if there are unarchived originals among those documents, or if any of the documents contain potential security risks. I think most process crimes are ********, but some of his activities plausibly do expose him to criminal liability here.

Finally…and I expect this point to go over like a fart in a submarine here… there‘s the issue of potential obstruction of justice; that the former president has in his possession original documents that contain factual evidence of criminal behavior on behalf of the president himself, and that he retains these documents for the reason of avoiding accountability for the actions documented within them.

I understand your point, I just wanted to point out that the president’s authority to declassify documents may not be all that is in play here

Perhaps not, but it’s clear that both sides of the aisle perceive him as a threat. That tells me something.

I know 100% what you mean I still would obviously rather have Trump then Biden and would prefer him to run in 2024

Just saying we need to be careful to not fall in some traps. And we should support America first if it means Donald Trump last
