Apperantly it was an MSNBC employee, prompting the judge to ban the network and it's parent NBC from the courtroom.

That's why they'll start fires to keep warm.Pretty nippy for the typical rioter/looter...
PREDICTION:
If Rittenhouse is found not guilty, there will be retaliatory burning, rioting, and looting.
If Rittenhouse is found guilty, there will be celebratory burning, rioting, and looting.
No matter what, Kenosha burns.
Maybe Indianapolis, too.
I'll bet he charges more than that...If I was charged with murder for a self defense shooting I would cut my left nut off and EAT IT if that's what it took to get Andrew Branca in a room for one day to speak sense to my attorneys.

Yes that's the video. They're saying KR pointed the rifle at R and that's what started the R chasing KR incident.I think I really am missing something. Are we talking about the same areal drone footage that show him being chased through the car lot? If so, I'm not even seeing what they're making a point of. Yes, KR did point the gun at R before shooting him. That's kind of how they work. I'm pretty sure that every time someone was successfully shot, the gun was pointed at them first. I really must be missing that key point.
and...does the HR video clearly show him pointing a gun at others, before preparing to shoot the maniac chasing him?
Thanks! I thought I must be missing something, but now I get it. I didn't have my left decoder glasses on.Yes that's the video. They're saying KR pointed the rifle at R and that's what started the R chasing KR incident.
That's what I meant when I said I doubt that it shows any evidence of this happening otherwise it would have been playing on every MSM outlet 24/7.
Imagine if someone muzzled you without firing, ran away, and you chased them for a block and then beat the crap out of them and killed them in the street with their own gun. That would never in a million years be ruled legitimate self defense.Yes that's the video. They're saying KR pointed the rifle at R and that's what started the R chasing KR incident.

What if I wore a dress and dyed my hair green?Imagine if someone muzzled you without firing, ran away, and you chased them for a block and then beat the crap out of them and killed them in the street with their own gun. That would never in a million years be ruled legitimate self defense.
Right, that's one of the things I thought defense dropped the ball on.Imagine if someone muzzled you without firing, ran away, and you chased them for a block and then beat the crap out of them and killed them in the street with their own gun. That would never in a million years be ruled legitimate self defense.
"...I swear to god, if Will Ferrell played a prosecutor in a movie, this would be "it."
The prosecution contends that KR pointed the rifle at either "yellow pants guy" or the Kaminskis, I don't remember which, which was the "provocation" that set Rosenbaum off. This was up the street from car source.Yes that's the video. They're saying KR pointed the rifle at R and that's what started the R chasing KR incident.

I think it leads to another conclusion: the line between antifa\rioters and the press has been indistinguishably blurred. This leads to a possible wrong conclusion, that it was all just an innocent reporter doing their job. I have NO confidence that a partisan organization like pmsnbc would provide this to others like antifa…
You're right, I forgot it was Ziminski's. I thought yellow pants guy was supposedly earlier. The prosecution contends that KR pointed the rifle at either "yellow pants guy" or the Kaminskis, I don't remember which, which was the "provocation" that set Rosenbaum off. This was up the street from car source.
Right, that's one of the things I thought defense dropped the ball on.
Maybe slightly off topic, but it's been really bugging me...
What about all those guys prathering on about "overwatch", and "I've got his back", blah, blah, blah... If KR ran off on his own down to the lot where the first shooting happened, maybe. What about when the horde was chasing him down the street, after shots fired no less? If they aren't going to step up, I'd rather skip the BS and know I'm on my own.
You'd think they would have taken this kid under their wing and looked out for him a little better. Particularly any former soldiers in the group.
I've had a few times when the guys that, just hours before, were slobering in their beer about having each others back, then went missing when **it got real. I forgive them, but... it saddened me when I learned the truth of it.
