Good news, indicators point to major progress where masks are increasingly not needed: increasing vaccination levels, new treatments, decreasing infection rates.

700k is not from covid, it’s from the government’s horrible, overdramatic and authoritarian response to it. Lockdowns, restrictions to regular medical care, shoving elderly at-risk patients into germ-factory nursing homes, destroying mental health, creating an environment of fear, encouraging people to lock themselves away from the sun and exercise, bunk statistics, covid-reporting financial incentives for hospitals and pushing multi-billion dollar ineffective treatments to line the pockets of their corporate buddies killed the vast majority of the those people.

Trump is as much to blame, if not more so, than the current administration.
