Yeah. I've got that scope & mount in the classies to put a little back into the fund, but mostly I just need to get some range time in. Spare money went towards having ammo to shoot for the next few months. Too many upcoming expenses to keep putting money out of pocket.
Petition for an foreign fiance(e) to come to the US. My fiancee's visa interview appointment for Nov. got cancelled. K-1 fiancee visa seems to be the most expedient path to starting our life together.
Word. Congrats on the next step. Maybe something up with INS? My Aunt was en route (Tues) from Germany, they pulled her visa morning of her flight. Then 2 days later they cleared it from the embassy. She's in Sunday. Weird.

Her previous interview was for a tourist visa, all tourism visa appointments were cancelled. Fianee & spousal visas get excepted from the freeze. I have a 10 year visa to India, but because she's not technically my wife yet, I can't get an exception (even though India closed its borders literally one week before we were to get married March of 2020). Covid has added a minimum of 18 month delay for us. But her dad is finally coming around to the idea. Even asked about visiting Niagara Falls. Her rural relatives are all seemingly okay with the match. Huge steps in the family direction.

Definitely wait until after the competitions so you have something to blame...I'm at a crossroads. I have regular pic rings on my new AR, I think the eye relief is perfect. Then again I feel like I need a cantilever mount on it because that's what it should have.

I use the C mounts to get the scope far enough forward and would prefer for them to be a little lower.

A week? Why so early?
Mrs.BRC woke me up to do some Opossum watching whilst the pup goes potty. Guess were being invaded, she saw one come out from under the neighbors deck about 20 minutes ago. Currently sitting on my patio with a lit Marlboro in my boxers, a black hoodie, and crocs with my 90/22 if anyone needed something to go to sleep to tonight.
Id take some of that action right about now...

We have always had possums around here.
I live trapped 2 out earlier this summer. Evidence in the garden shows we have more and the tree rats are gobbling up the end of season matters we never use. If I was in a better way it would be small game hunting with an easy target.
