If she hates this country so much, she needs to denounce her US Citizenship, choose another country, and become a citizen of that country and represent it if she can qualify.

It's different at the US Olympic Trails, the Anthem is only played once, not for every medal presentation.

I say cut her from the team for disrespect and elevate 4th place. Otherwise the biotch needs to go to some other country where they'll cut her hands off and kill her family for not producing a gold medal.

Send her back to St Louis if she doesn’t want to represent America and respect the flag. Athletes from a lot of the other participating countries would love to have grown up here and have the opportunities enjoyed by this bitch. I’d love to see her try to trade places with some of them for a while. The same goes for most people constantly pissing and moaning about how bad it is here. I bet that they’d all be singing another tune, if they’re not dead. If you don’t want to respect the country and it’s flag you shouldn’t be allowed to go and represent us.

No one is denying her exercise of freedom of speech. We're saying that, based on the meaning of the speech she exercised, she has no business representing the United States or competing under our flag.

It is my firm contention that all of this is intentional to continue to divide the country. Make 1/2 hate the other 1/2. I feel we are getting baited into these situations. The best course of action IMHO is to give it no voice at all in the public forum. If it's ignored for the foolish ignorance it is then they don't win.

I agree there should be consequences for her poor choices. I believe the very best way for this to happen is for the people who feel it's wrong what she did to show that disapproval with their wallets. Personally I will not watch any Olympic event from this day forward. I will intentionally avoid all products that sponsor the Tokyo Olympics. If half of the country would speak with our money, things will change. There is no sense in arguing with people who don't want to do anything, but argue. It makes them seem relevant on their social media platforms with their peers. If we as men and women who love our country feel this is unacceptable , then show it with your financial support. Over time it will have a serious impact.

I'm a creature of habit. I like WTHR for local news in the morning and evenings, and a lot of times the Olympic coverage pre-empts that. IMHO, the Olympics should be on something like ESPN, or if NBC has the contract, then NBCSN. (Same with Golf and Tennis) But I guess that would leave out the OTA tv watchers that rely on the local NBC feed.

P.S. I've never used TV Guide. Back in the "olden days" I relied on the Sunday Paper with the weekly guide for what was on.

I think there are instigators and there are indoctrinated. The instigated are writing the books, indoctrinating the susceptible, and stoking their woke activism. I think she is of the latter. I think she believes with all her heart that the SPB is racist, and that it is violence against her to play it. Of course she's full of ****. But to her she's woke, and it's everyone who isn't woke that's wrong.
