This is the part that I find hilariously ironic.

The people fervently complaining about someone choosing to wear a mask for whatever reason are the same people complaining about a "Karen" fervently complaining about someone not wearing a mask.

They've both chosen to judge someone else's behavior and draw conclusions from it without knowing that other person's situation.

I don't know mbills at all, so I'm not going to judge the reasoning behind why he has chosen to wear a mask. It's his decision to make, not mine.

I have seen NO ONE complaining about others wearing masks. Ridiculing them, yes, complaining, no.

Exactly. I may call them out as fools, especially egregious examples like wearing a mask while in the car alone, but they can wear masks on the faces, under their chins, or shoved up their asses with my blessing.

Of course it is. Healthy people may not notice it but adding the resistance of a filter to the flow of air always makes it more difficult to achieve that air flow.
Besides. It’s pretty easy test if you have a watch that has an oxygen sensor. I did several tests with and without a mask. O2 levels were consistently a few points lower with the mask. It was very repeatable.

Wife was at grocery that still masks employees, bagger guy pulls his mask down to sneeze. LOL wife say did you just pull your mask down to sneeze laughing at him, he said yes, he didn't want that stuff on his mask to breath in all day. LOL

Oh hell. I can’t keep any of these covid related threads straight anyway. They all run together.

Almost 50 Percent of Americans Are Below Average

IQ tests are made to have an average score of 100. Psychologists revise the test every few years in order to maintain 100 as the average. Most people (about 68 percent) have an IQ between 85 and 115. Only a small fraction of people have a very low IQ (below 70) or a very high IQ (above 130).

The average IQ in the United States is 98.

That is incredible - one of the rare times when a mask might have been partially useful and he blows it(so to speak). He obviously doesn't understand much, perhaps that is why he is a bagger.

    Perhaps they don't understand normalization.

Does it not seem counterintuitive to always revise the test to keep people scoring the same?

Seems like you would want to leave the test be and let the scores be what they are.

I understand what you're saying, but that's just not how IQ is scored. It's not a raw performance score based on number of questions answered correctly. It's a normalized score based on results of all people taking the test. It makes perfect sense once you learn about it, because intelligence level is relative. We would all be geniuses compared to cavemen when it came to an IQ test.

Think of it like a percentile score, not a raw score.

You really believe that masks create 0 restriction to air flow?

Heck, a window screen restricts air flow...
I said it doesn't make breathing more difficult, not that it doesn't restrict airflow. All that's necessary for breathing is the intake of oxygen and the expelling of CO2.

I am really surprised you have no empathy for those that struggle to breathe in a mask, whether due to a medical condition or just being out of shape...
