    Wow! No hesitation. That is courage right there!

    My wife, son, DIL and granddaughter and I were walking on base when we were visiting on vacation and the biggest Bobcat I have ever seen was walking in step with us across the road along a treeline.

    I'm glad it didn't decide to come after us. He probably would have tore us up. I'd estimate he was at least 40 lbs, maybe heavier. He was the size of a large dog.

    We called base animal control and hung around for a while but they didn't show up and the cat hunkered down in some fallen trees.
