I always have thought he was very overrated. Regardless of his stupid political views. His singing sounded like a wounded moose and his guitar playing is less than stellar. How he rose to fame was playing the hard working blue collar thing. Kinda like a Keystone pipeline worker.

The final end result was he only had a BAC of .02. (ish?) FAAAAR below the standard for DWI. But he did end up paying a fine for drinking alcohol in a park, which itself is illegal.

So no drunk driving, just drinking where its illegal.

I wonder if the stupid commercials will play again since it was a false alarm. Or are they going to be teetotalers and continue to park the commercial simply because he was caught drinking, even though it wasnt to intoxication?
