But, but... they're just an "emerging nation", so they can't be held accountable for their actions.

Yup. Both China and India are labeled "emerging nation" in the Paris climate accords and were exempted from CO[SUB]2[/SUB] restrictions. The Paris accord was really about holding back US development while allowing others to move forward and greatly expand pollution in the process.

And as jamil (I believe it was) pointed out, they're interested in selling us solar panels, not in relying on the sketchy power delivery themselves

It's the only place they can extort vast sums of cash.
They sure as **** know they are not going to get a single yuan out of communist china.

This is also the only place that won't hang you by your thumbs for yelling at the government.

He didn't yell at the government, but this is a good morality tale as to why the US is the greatest nation on earth. We don't arrest foreign nationals and then return them when they're about to die from all the beatings we gave them.

Hey hey, ho ho, fossil fuels have got to go.

They couldn't even come up with something original.
I posted an article about it in the insane social justice thread.

What's with the lameass "hey hey ho ho" chant that extreme leftists do at pretty much every gathering they muster? They already make it obvious that they are exceptional idiots, but that stupid chant makes them seem even more pathetic.

Maybe they're just in the Christmas spirit?

My favorite is the cultish call and response they do.

Though somewhat dated (2016) I found this a very interesting read - https://getpocket.com/explore/item/the-sugar-conspiracy

It's not about climate, but about the dangers of sugar, the cult of the low fat diet, and the utter devastation caused by the "consensus" among scientists and the "conventional wisdom" it fed.

I imagine many in the general population reading this and nodding their heads in "knowing" agreement while being blind to the obvious parallels (ignoring history, cherry-picking data, destruction of heretics, attempts to quash hard data in conflict with their beliefs, and a love of power above truth) between the (not yet ended) chapter in human history here described and the farce that is climate alarmism.
