Blame the parents and file charges on them when these useless bottom feeders commit their crimes.
LOCK THE CRIMINALS UP and make sure they pay for their crimes as they should.
The criminal wasn't locked up in this case and "Paid the Price" for his crimes in the end.

I'd like to see someone start making target sheets with known thugs that died while committing a crime, so people could practice against the real thing. I bear no animosity against zombies, so zombie targets just don't strike me as appropriate. But, if someone was selling a pad of target sheets that had photos of people that either died like this scum or of the vermin in mass shootings, I'd buy them. Unfortunately, the world is full of criminals that got killed committing a crime, so there would be plenty to choose from. Hell, maybe they could have a thug of the day target pad. Different day, different thug.

Just limit them to the thugs already dead so nobody could say you are putting a number on someone's head.
