THIS IS A SPECIAL EVENT FOR THE YOUTH (ages 8-16) SPONSORED BY NWI INGO AND DNR WINAMAC

HOURS OF OPERATION
(Eastern Standard Time Hours)
April - August
8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
(7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Standard Time, ie. Chicago time)


When:
SATURDAY, 15 JUN 2013 @ 7AM EST
(That is 6AM CST (ie. Chicago Time))

Schedule of Events
7 AM EST : Volunteer Sign-in & setup
8 AM EST: Children & Parents Sign-in
8:15 EST: Event Starts at various stations
11:30 AM EST : Cooking beginnings
Noon EST: Lunch Time
1:00 PM EST: Event Ends; Range open to public


DNR will be handling the archery portion of this event.
In addition DNR has contacted the local county to have an EMT on site. The local ambulance service has also been informed and told how to get to the range in case he have a need for them.

Sadly, my father will be unable to make it to this event (Actaeon's father) as he will be doing a flag retirement for the American Legion. I will not be able to make it now either, as something personal came up, however, my 2 rifles will be there with Actaeon and the ammo that I was holding, will be given to him as well. I have 300 22LR rounds and 100 .223 rounds (already accounted for) that I will be handing him. Sorry to all.

The marlin and my ak are definitly in. I also have my 357 lever I could bring as well. Suzi will be comeing as well. She is willing to help out where ever she can. Ill have near 1000 rds of 22lr with me. Some ammo for the other guns as well. Ill still waiting on parts for the ar15 so not sure if its coming yet.

Also does suzi want to 'work' with you on the 25 yard or be with others on the 50 yard. I figured 1 'runner' on the 25 yard and 2 on the 50 yard should suffiece.

'runner' = aids, helping with targets, keeping lines under control, answer Q&A from parents on where to go, etc.
