THIS THREAD IS FOR VOLUNTEERS TO SEE WHAT THEIR POSITIONS/ASSIGNMENTS ARE.

DNR WINAMAC is once again partnering with NWI INGO to hold a youth day event.

We need help in the following areas still:
- photographer
- ammo donations in 7.62x39
- food

When:
SATURDAY, 21 JUN 2014 @ 7AM EST
(That is 6AM CST (ie. Chicago Time))

Schedule of Events
7 AM EST : Volunteer Sign-in & setup
8 AM EST: Children & Parents Sign-in
8:15 EST: Event Starts at various stations
11:30 AM EST : Cooking beginnings
Noon EST: Lunch Time
1:00 PM EST: Event Ends; Range open to public

DNR will be handling the archery portion of this event.
In addition DNR has contacted the local county to have an EMT on site. The local ambulance service has also been informed and told how to get to the range in case he have a need for them.

At this point no since we are going to boil 75% of the hot dogs.
My little grill can do 15 at a time and that is the other 25%.
No burgers this year. For July we do burgers for the group.

How many can it do? Figured we got 120 dogs to do and my little camping stove with 2 burners can do 2 pots say 30 a pot???

No Problem. I have had flyers posted at Blythes for the last 2 weeks. Invited some more people to the facebook page today as well.

There was plenty of room last year, I bet there will be plenty of room this year, a large area near where we cooked the food and a large area where we normally set up at the 25 yard line
