I’ve had this bulb for years and has always been there for me when I need to cook something early in the morning, on a cloudy day, or just need some extra light in my life.

unfortunately today I noticed the bulb was no longer producing light OR heat. I’d rather not just toss it aside like an old relationship. I want to be there for it as it has been for me.

looking for ideas on the south side of Indy. The base and the glass look fine, seems to just be an element issue.

I can probably take care of it for you doc.
Of course I’ll need to run diagnostics, then set up a time to review your case. Then we can talk about choices that are good for you and your family.

Light bulb restoration expert here. Send it to me, return postage paid, with a check for $25 and I'll send it back restored to a point that it is indistinguishable from a new bulb.

I'm afraid besides shaking the stove up and down and hoping it welds itself back together, there's not much you can do. When you're ready to get a new one, I'll haul off the old one for a small environmental fee.

element is probably fine, the electric air has just escaped. I can send you a box of electric air I had left over from my last light bulb fix, just $10 plus S/H. Up to you to install properly, which can be tricky. Electric air is hard to find, luckily I knew a guy in the light bulb repair business...
