It seems that they are new as of this year, I am curious if anyone has heard of or had the opportunity to try out one of their holsters? They claim to be better than Galco and Crossbreed and only $30 (for base model)

I was going to get a gunbelt ( SuperBIO BELT - The Indestructible Belt! - Daltech Force ) for a 30th birthday present to myself, but I may have to pick up a Aliengear first....

Looks like a good deal. But I just ordered 2 more from Old Faithful. They look exactly the same in regards to the leather cut, clips, and they are screwed together, rather than riveted.

Oddly enough, Alien holsters and old faithful holsters are both out of fort smith arkansas. Alien only has a po box# and no address or phone#. I wonder if old faithful is a parent company to alien??

What would be considered "sweat proof"?
I have a Kholster IWB that I have had for about 2 years now. The leather that rests against my body is discolored, but does not seem affected in any other way..

Looks like a good deal. But I just ordered 2 more from Old Faithful. They look exactly the same in regards to the leather cut, clips, and they are screwed together, rather than riveted.

I, too, thought they looked like they were trying to compete on the same model as Old Faithful, but trying to undercut them a few bucks.

I'm still trying to warm up to this type of leather/kydex hybrid (my Old Faithful is plenty comfortable once mounted, but is a huge pain in my rear to get on and off my belt), but I'll be curious to see what folks who buy one think of it.
