4-5 cans a day. I try to cut back in the summer and drink more water/gatorade. 1/2-1 gallon a day depending on how much time I'm outside. That plus more fresh fruit and veggies from the garden, lots of liquid there.
I'll freeze water bottles and then take one out and sip it as it thaws, then once there's a little room, pour Diet Mt. Dew in and drink. Repeating until dew and ice are gone
