How about "Uncle John's Band" by the Grateful Dead? Seriously, I heard that song on the radio today and if anything, it'll almost make you so mellow you'll be doing about 10 under the speed limit.

For me, I have to say this one by the Black Crowes. I've always liked them, and this song just has that groove. Not to mention, it's got the best line of any song ever - "I don't think it's diseased, but it sure is sore."
