Just got a call from (888)650-2178 which I did not answer. I looked up the number on 800Notes, and discovered a scam that's been targeting residents of Indiana at least. They claim to be from Duke Energy, and demand payment, threatening a shutoff very promptly. They have you pay by filling a prepaid Visa card and reading them the number. Congratulations, you just came in second. In a two way race.
