I seem to buy deer scents - doe in heat, buck scent, etc. - every year but have some left over. Can/should I use the left over year old scent or dump it and buy new ? Anyone have any first hand experience using a year old bottle and have deer come to it ? I hate to throw anything out that might still me good, but also don’t want to use something that has “soured” and chase deer off.

    Thanks in advance.

I've used year old doe in heat before but I usually run out to Trappers Supply and buy a fresh bottle.
I did shoot a nice buck sniffing the year old stuff but I would recommend buying fresh.
