xd40 conversion

Ive been recently thinking about converting my xd40 to a 9. I like the idea of having options, was just curious of what im getting myself into. Do i just swap out the barrel and mag? Or am i missing something?

Fire Dragon, Storm Lake, Dillon has them. You need a bbl and mag and you are set. Good luck

I've seen more 40 on the shelves than 9, for now at least.

What is the cost for conversion vs sell and replace?
