This is a Colt M16 Parts kit built on a Delaware Machine Lower. The barrel is still in the white and would need to be finished. I didn't finish it yet because now that I'm selling it I would let the buyer decide what color they wanted it to be finished.
The parts kit came with everything except the stripped lower. It still has the Full Auto Bolt Carrier but I did trade out the Full Auto Fire Control group for a Semi Auto one.
