WTB: Springfield XD Subcompact in 9mm

I'm looking for a Springfield XD Subcompact in 9mm (XD9SC). FTF within an hour driving distance from West Lafayette.

I'm looking for something with a relatively low round count (less than ~500) and the new 13-round magazine. Pearce grip extension is a plus!
