It's a heavy SOB! Would be great for a barn/ workshop. We are replacing our insert and this one has to go. New insulation cord around door, new 3 speed thermostat, new firewood dogs (the bars you rest the wood on). When I say new, I mean new this season.

Could use some new bricks in the bottom, and possibly a fan if you don't want just radiant heat. (the fan works, but is most likely on it's last leg)

    NOTES:
    Dimensions
    36" widest point
    18"deep, add the blower 21"
    25" tall

10" sticks out in the room (not included in 18/21" depth)

I didn't measure the rear width, you know they angle back.

Let me know if you need any other dimensions.
