Has anyone else noticed that they are getting a lot of misfires out of Winchestor white box ammo?

I shot 200 round of PMC .38 special (18.00 a box) with no misfires, I shot 25 rounds of Winchester .357 magnum (28.00 a box) and had 1.

I used the same gun and the primmer looked like it was struck normally.

I had the same experiance with .45 in my GLOCK 30.

I never have had a problem with it untill the last month.
Might be they are currently running into QC issues. I bought the first white box ever a few weeks ago. I loaded the cylinder of my snubbie with 38 specials and it wouldn't close. There was a misformed case rim. I wrote it off as a freak thing, but now I wonder.

Quality of win white box has been slipping IMO. I exclusively shot WWB for the past decade and aside from being dirty and not being consistent it was reliable.

The past year or two I find it's getting even worse for consistency and in the past I'd get a dud every 750-1,000 rounds. Now it seems like it's a dud every 100-200 rounds.

Still better than wolf, but the gap is closing, lol.

WWB is my target-shooting ammo of choice for handguns, given it's readily available and reasonably priced at Walmarts everywhere. I shoot their 9mm, .357sig, and .40s&w, all of which I've had the occasional FTF out of maybe every 200 rounds or so. Last two 100rnd boxes I had about three FTF, so maybe they are getting worse. Trying to keep up with the ludicrous demand right now maybe? :dunno:

I have shot 1000's of rounds of 9mm and have never had a single problem that I can recall. I have not shot any of it in the last couple of months though.
