    I don't know, I. Don't see them ratifying anything before christmas break and at that point it'll be shelved and with the big losses in the senate for dems, I don't see it having a chance. Even if they did try, I think there's not enough senators to vote for it, they'd have to get like 12 republicans to sign on to it. Ratifying a foreign treating requires a 2/3 magority vote, I don't think they've got enough votes.

    I don't think it will happen. Not because our Senators are pro-liberty (which is really what pro-gun is), but just because they're worried about their reelection campaigns.

    Don't know who is paying the bills for this, but I would imagine the noble senators are focusing on stuff they can take home for the holidays.:):
