Will the Supreme Court ruling, West Virginia vs EPA, effect us

It seems to me that this ruling could effect Indiana.

Northwestern Indiana has EPA regulations that require emissions testing for our vehicles. If the EPA is not allowed to make regulations without without the legislature then this rule should be wiped out.

If bureaucracies can't make regulations without legislation that should automatically wipe out bans on bumpstocks, pistol braces and so on.

Court to rule if an agency can make laws, and if not, EPA and other agency rules that are mandated as law can fall! Hope they rule that only congress can make laws. AT and unconstitutional F will be in trouble, along with CDC, FDA, and the other alphabet soup agencies...
