Who to reach out to in Tipton County?

Mods, I wasn't sure if this should go here, or the "great outdoors".

At any rate, any one here live in Tipton County, or know who I would reach out to about shooting on my property? We live outside of city limits, so would I call the sheriffs dept? Dispatch? Call anyone? Thanks for any tips.

I used to live in Tipton just call the local PD to make 100% sure and you should be set. I have a good friend that lives about 4 miles west of town that has built quite a nice shooting range for himself outside.
