Anyone know where to get these bullets? I've heard they're decent bullets and a fraction of the cost of XTPs. I wanted to order a few thousand for range ammo but I snoozed and now the company I was going to order from is out of stock with no stock date or delivery date known. :-/

    These were $125 / 1000 SHIPPED from a place called czcustom. 1000 x Zero 165g 40 S&W JHP

Any ideas where to get these or something very comparable pricewise?

    Much thanks!!

    Joe

Good luck with Zero. Great company, but I was told by the receptionist that they're on a 2-3 month backorder. Why do you want specifically Zero brand?

PM me, let me know what caliber and weight you're looking for. I'm sure there are better deals out there. Plated? Jacketed? Obviously HP's...

For your Zero bullets, put your order in with Roze Distribution or Powder Valley. Roze is asking $119.20/1000 for order over 2000. Powder Valley is asking $223/2000.
You can order Montant Gold 165gn JHP for $311/2700, case price.
The best in terms of price is Powder Valley, but I could order the Montana Gold and have them on my doorstep in about 3 days.

Or Call Matt at Powerbond Bullets and pay a lot less. He ships the same day via USPS priority, and he's never let me down. Tens of thousands of bullets, and he keeps the cost of my reloads within manageable profits.

I don't know what any one is smoking, but I do not pay jacketed bullet prices for plated bullets.
Powerbond offers .40 Hollow Point 165 grain bullets for $124/1,000

I'll stick with Montana Gold for $115.19/1000.

If you are on Gunbroker do a search for the seller name MPS28105. He may
be a little bit higher then some others, but he seems to have quite a few in stock.
I believe they are all the Zero brand, but you may want to ask him.
I have ordered a few thousand 38s and 45s and have no complaints at all.

I get mine from roze dist...good people. Plus they have free shipping and great prices. I backordered 10,000 230gr 45ACP about a month ago and they showerd up in like 2 weeks.

That is a lot for lead bullets. Paying for swaging just seems like over kill in my guns, but they are nice.
    I get really great accuracy from the 200gn H&G #68 200gn L-SWC from Mastercastbullets.com for $77.14/1000.

I am buying swagged bullets because we shoot bullseye and noticed a big difference between the cast and swagged bullets when shooting from 50yds. Neither my wife or myself are very good at what we are doing but we like to see honest results for our efforts.
I have about 2800 bullets to shoot up before I try another brand but I'll keep your suggestion in mind noylj. Thank you.
If you want a great challenge to your shooting skills try shooting your .22 and 45 from 50yds!!!! It's pretty tough!
